A few weeks back, my wife had a Christmas lunch with her company at Koko Restaurant at Crown.
She insisted to go to this restaurant again, so I decided to give it a shot.
The grilled scallops really melt in my mouth. The texture is soft and the miso sauce wasn’t too salty. It was quite enjoyable.
There are no words that could describe these sashimi. It just worked for me.
I am not a big fan of abalone, but this one wasn’t too bad at all.
The only complain I had was, this grilled salmon was too good and it wasn’t enough for my great appetite.
