CoDo is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. It was being introduced by a friend from work back a year ago. It is located in Victoria Street, Richmond VIC – and only recently they open a new restaurant called Codo 2 in Springvale Rd, Springvale VIC.
Just like any other Vietnamese restaurants, they serves Pho and their signature noodle soups. The signature noodle soups are chili-based soups with some lemongrass flavour.
When they opened Codo2 in Springvale, they offered a 10% off from your total bill. The offer only lasted for a month. This is a cheap marketing to attract customers.
The one thing I like about Vietnamese noodle soups is that the fresh salads go really well with the hot soups. The crunchiness of the been sprouts and the strong aroma of the basil leaves give a nice eating experience to it.
